About Me
I provide transaction Coordination throughout California. I am a DRE licensed & CAR certified Transaction Coordinator. I have over 20 years of experience. I have worked on top producing teams & have extensive knowledge in Transaction Coordination, listing, selling and all aspects of Real Estate.
A Bay Area native, I began my career in Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator more than 20 years ago, acquiring a deep knowledge of everything involved in the business end of virtually every kind of real estate transaction. I apply my exceptional organizational skills to achieve client aspirations and exceed expectations.
My love of this dynamic business and personal satisfaction from helping clients inspired me to acquire my real estate license in 2005.
I work directly with clients offering a full-service experience. I work very hard to ease the stress of the transaction.

$550.00 Per Transaction
Can be billed to Escrow
Contract Acceptance Services
Send Contract to Escrow (If our Listing)
Send Contract to Lender (If our Buyer)
Report Sale to Document Platform
Coordinate Inspections: (If our Buyer & If Applicable) - Give me 3 dates/times that work
Create transaction timeline & send out to clients and any other transaction participants
Monitor timeline & remind Agents of approaching deadlines
Order Home Warranty
Follow up on Contingency Removals & other key dates/actions - Send out reminder 1 Day prior to due dates
Follow up if the Appraisal has been ordered
Manage all paperwork for file including obtaining required signatures (DocuSign)
Respond to Escrow/Lender requests for paperwork/signatures needed
Follow up on Lender Funding and COE
